The short version
This website is a menu, a set of contact details and one contact form. There are no accounts, no newsletter and no online ordering. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form and send us — browsing the site sends us nothing.

What your browser stores
We set no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. The site remembers one thing, in your own browser: the language you picked, so it is still chosen next time. It never leaves your device and disappears when you clear your browser data.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, and which page was requested — for security and troubleshooting. This is the ordinary operation of a web server (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in keeping the site running safely), and the logs are kept only briefly.
The contact form
The contact page has a form, but it does not send anything to us on its own. When you press the button, your own email app opens with the details you typed already filled in, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted until you press send there, from your own address — and if you change your mind, you simply close it and we never see it.
What reaches us is an ordinary email. We use it for one thing: to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — or Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We do not add you to any mailing list, we do not pass your details to anyone for their own purposes, and we keep the correspondence only as long as we may reasonably need it.
Who helps us run this site
One company processes data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: Vercel Inc. hosts the pages, and its servers see the technical details of every request — including your IP address. It is a United States company; transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Pages are delivered from its European edge locations.
Nobody handles the contact form for us. The form does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app, and the message travels from your mailbox to ours like any other email.
The map
The map on our contact page is a Google Maps embed, and it stays switched off until you press Show map. Nothing is sent to Google unless you do. If you press it, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. The Get directions link works the same way — it only opens Google Maps when you click it.
Fonts
The site currently loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and they can see your IP address. We intend to serve these files ourselves so that no request leaves our own server.
If you phone or email us
Phoning or emailing us directly is up to you. If you do, we use your details only to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used — write to the address above and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee.
Menu and prices
All prices shown are in euros and include VAT. We update them as the menu changes, but the printed menu in the restaurant is the authoritative version. Please ask our staff about allergens before ordering.
